What we check, how you can verify it, and what a sample does — and does not — prove. This page describes our process; it is not a certificate.
Every order starts from a written spec and a golden sample. Wattage, conductor, connector shell, length tolerance and packaging are frozen before the deposit is paid, so a later “small change” cannot silently become a different product.
Cable reel, connector shell and E-Marker batch are recorded per lot. We check conductor resistance and plug fit before the line starts, because most field failures start at the connector, not the jacket.
Power-on, data-link and bend checks run during production. For 100 W and 240 W SKUs the E-Marker is read, not assumed; a cable that negotiates the wrong profile is rejected at the line.
Before balance payment we run AQL II sampling plus a functional pull test on the sample set. Failures trigger re-work and a second inspection before packing. You can attend remotely or send an inspector.
Each shipment ships with a packing list, test record and the certification status we actually hold. If a certificate number has not been issued, it stays “to be collected” — we do not publish placeholder numbers to win an order.

50 / 200 / 500 pcs per SKU. Mixed SKUs can ship together; the total order quantity decides which price tier applies. Sample orders are quoted separately.
Yes. Stock samples usually ship in 2–4 working days; custom samples depend on tooling. Sample unit cost and freight are quoted separately, and any credit against a bulk order is confirmed in writing.
Production lead time is quoted per SKU and tier; transit is quoted separately. We do not combine them into one number, because a factory delay and a sailing delay are different risks.
Yes, with artwork and brand authorization. Private label applies to the shell, strain relief or retail box, and may raise the MOQ for that SKU.
We share the test records and DoC status we actually hold, per SKU. If a certificate number has not been issued, the SKU shows “to be collected” — we do not invent numbers.
30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment after inspection. DDP is quoted per destination and includes duty and delivery; the importer of record must be confirmed before booking.
