Logistics & payment

Logistics, DDP and payment terms

FOB Shenzhen by default. DDP is quoted only for confirmed destinations. Payment is T/T deposit — there is no online checkout on this site.

Shipping modes

Sea FCL/LCL, air, rail to Central Asia and express for samples. We quote transit separately from production lead time, and confirm the sailing or flight at booking rather than promising a single door-to-door number.

  • Sea: typically 3–5 weeks port-to-port, plus inland delivery
  • Air: typically 5–10 days door-to-door, subject to schedule
  • Rail to Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan: typically 18–30 days
  • Express (samples): 3–7 days

Payment terms

30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% before shipment against inspection and packing evidence. Repeat-buyer terms are agreed in writing. We do not collect card payments or hold funds on this website.

  • T/T bank transfer in USD
  • Balance released after pre-shipment inspection
  • No online payment, no card data stored

DDP — delivered duty paid

For selected destinations we quote DDP: we cover export clearance, international freight, import duty and delivery to the address in the quotation. The importer of record and destination address must be confirmed before booking. DDP is not available for every country, and the quote depends on the product and the route.

  • DDP price includes duty and delivery — ask for it explicitly
  • Destination address and importer of record confirmed in writing
  • Duties and taxes are not estimated silently; they are itemised

Double-clearance line and documents

For selected corridors we can arrange a double-clearance line: export clearance and import clearance are handled by the line, and the buyer receives the goods at the destination warehouse. Typical transit is 12–20 days, confirmed per booking. Documents include commercial invoice, packing list, HS code, certificate of origin and available test reports.

Frequently asked questions

What is the MOQ?

50 / 200 / 500 pcs per SKU. Mixed SKUs can ship together; the total order quantity decides which price tier applies. Sample orders are quoted separately.

Can I get a sample before a bulk order?

Yes. Stock samples usually ship in 2–4 working days; custom samples depend on tooling. Sample unit cost and freight are quoted separately, and any credit against a bulk order is confirmed in writing.

How long is production and shipping?

Production lead time is quoted per SKU and tier; transit is quoted separately. We do not combine them into one number, because a factory delay and a sailing delay are different risks.

Can you print our logo and retail packaging?

Yes, with artwork and brand authorization. Private label applies to the shell, strain relief or retail box, and may raise the MOQ for that SKU.

Do you have CE / RoHS certificates?

We share the test records and DoC status we actually hold, per SKU. If a certificate number has not been issued, the SKU shows “to be collected” — we do not invent numbers.

How do payment and DDP work?

30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment after inspection. DDP is quoted per destination and includes duty and delivery; the importer of record must be confirmed before booking.
