This policy explains what we collect when you send an inquiry through this website, why we use it, and how to contact us.
Data we collect
We collect the information you enter in the inquiry form: name, company, country, email, WhatsApp number (optional), interested SKU, quantity and message. We also receive the page URL and the technical data needed to process the request (IP address for rate limiting, user agent). We do not use this site for online payments.
How we use it
We use the data to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange samples and follow up on bulk orders. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend or another transactional email provider configured by the site operator. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not share data with other third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting order, then deleted or archived according to our internal record-keeping. No inquiry database is operated on this website.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to it. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and security
This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies by default. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. If a Turnstile challenge is enabled, it may process technical data and set necessary cookies to verify the form.
